Health is wealth. Several things contribute to good health. Firstly fresh air and sunlight are of utmost important for our health. A clean surrounding comes close second.

Fresh pure drinking water and wholesome food help the body to gain energy. Attain vitality, and stay healthy.

Also, in order to keep the body healthy, we need to keep the mind at peace. Physical exercise have the way to a peaceful mind. Activities like morning walk, yoga, and meditation helps to soothe all the senses and keeps out mind fresh.

Good hygiene also plays also plays a crucial role in building good health. Simple habits like regular brushing, bathing or washing hands before every meal can be very helpful to attain and maintain good health. Catching up on enough sleep and a healthy diets goes a long in preserving the wealth of good health.

I spend more and more time at my desk these days, doing everything from preparing the family taxes to working on this blog. Because of this, my workspace is constantly changing.
